Behind the Lens

Hi, I’m Sam — content strategist, manufacturing production manager, event organizer, and photographer from Windsor, Ontario.

My foundation is content strategy: studying what makes people stop, look, and act, then building campaigns around it. Positioning, consumer psychology, content calendars: the thinking that happens before anything gets made.

The other side of my working life is manufacturing. I manage production in a print shop environment – scheduling, quality, inventory, and the daily reality of keeping production running when a hundred things want to stop it. The product ships right and on time, or it doesn’t. That standard follows me everywhere.

Then there’s events. I’ve organized and run large-scale community events, including charity car shows, retail activations, and merch launches – handling everything from logistics and sponsors to what happens when the plan meets a venue space full of people. Nothing teaches you to think on your feet like a live event.

Photography is the newest tool in the arsenal, and the one that connects everything else. Experience in planning content taught me exactly what an image needs to accomplish; now I make the images myself.

Cars run through all of it. I grew up in Windsor’s car culture, and my favourite work sits where automotive, events, and photography overlap — car shows, garage nights, street captures, the whole scene.

The short version: I can plan the campaign, run the operation, build the event, and shoot it.

Let’s build something.
